What are the vertical stem-like growths on the top of coniferous trees in British Columbia, Canada?
Sailing the ski lifts in Whistler, BC, we can see near the vertical growth of trees trop. They are about 5 cm high and 3 mm in diameter, with caps. They are brown and the appearance of some fungi, but are difficult.
Pollen cones or female flowers maybe.

New heart, new love, new baby courtesy of adult stem cells
Ten years ago a Surfers Paradise manss life was dominated by disease heart and time was running out. It has now been granted a new wife and their child better health total happiness.
